A New Vision for
the Steel Industry in Egypt
Launched by Eng. Mina Atef Hendy through Maadi Steel Group in April 2025, the “Generations of Steel” initiative stems from his firm belief in corporate social responsibility. It is a strategic model designed to enhance the readiness of Egyptian youth for the industrial labor market. By providing applied field experience within a real-world manufacturing environment, this project actively contributes to the regional and international competitiveness of Egyptian industry.
Project Vision
To become an effective reference platform for qualifying young cadres for the iron and steel industry in Egypt through a model that combines theoretical knowledge, practical experience, and leadership and administrative skills.
